At Change-Up, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and hassle-free return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The product must be in new condition.
- Usage: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Hygiene Notice: Due to the nature of clothing products, items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Send an email to support@change-up.us with your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is reviewed and authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return Method
- Return via Mail: Returns must be shipped back via mail.
- Return Label: A return label will be emailed to you. Download and print it to attach to your return package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, CHANGE UP will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees. ($0.00)
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
