🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver your orders quickly. Our standard timeline is:

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 9 business days from the date of order
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible clothing items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees. Approved returns are eligible for a full refund.

Q: Who covers the return shipping cost?
A:

  • Our Mistake: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Choice: If you are returning due to sizing issues or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

📦 Orders & Tracking

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your package.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Please contact us immediately at support@change-up.us with your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
