We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. Our shipping timeline is as follows:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Transit Time: 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 9 business days after you place your order

Please note: Orders placed after the 3:00 PM PST cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link may become active within 24 hours.


Address Changes

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and shipping boxes.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us within 7 days.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. However, if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
